Cliff Osborn, HOA President
Hello I'm Cliff, a 25 year Retired USN Captain that is excited to dedicate my time to the HOA. I believe my military & work experience has shaped and refined my ability to work with people for the common good. My priority will be working relationship with the Cedarbrook Community and foster a working relation with the CDD to ensure our community remains safe, family oriented, and our homes retains their value.
Diangela "Angel" Thomas, HOA Treasurer
Hello I'm Diangela Thomas, but my family and friends call me “Angel”. I’m an Army & Air Force Veteran with 20+ years working with groups in my professional and personal career. Currently I am an IT Security Professional. I’m a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami, South Florida. I lived in the Maryland area for the past 20+ before returning home to Florida. I am excited for our community and look forward to meeting and working with you.
Nikki Monroe Esq., HOA Secretary
Hi! My name is Nikki and I am originally from NYC, however I spent 2 1/2 years in Louisiana studying the Law at LSU, Geaux Tigers! I am a big Tigers football fan. Currently I am a contracts attorney for a large financial institution, however I previously worked as a property insurance attorney.
